REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric, experience with tools such as Excel, ZOHO CRM or similar CRM packages, social media channels and WordPress for website updates
  • Experience in communications, or business.
  • Experience in a marketing, communications capacity with a track record for increased responsibilities
  • Demonstrable marketing / brand management experience
  • Experience working with senior management and cross functional teams
  • Experience in an adminbased role
  • Ability to multitask in a high intensity environment with multiple competing priority and drive complex projects to completion under tight deadlines

DUTIES

  • Prepare and manage all event and marketing documentation, such as event project sheets and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Utilizing company tools such as ZOHO CRM, Pipeline, google analytics, PowerBi etc to extract sales and marketing information.
  • Process and manage sales and marketing documents and content.
  • Manage and update industry events radar (calendar)
  • Manage sales and marketing databases
  • Support project management team with processes and updates, using project management tool.
  • Support and manage the coordination of client events.
  • Collaborate with executive team on admin process and event planning
  • Support wider marketing team such as Social Media, Communications, Sales & Product Marketing
  • Ensure all marketing efforts are on brand and on message across all touchpoints where admin and communication are concerned.
  • Provide 1st point of contact for replies to social media and online campaigns
  • Update website with content, copyright and projects.
  • Help with research and development and update of products and services.
