Minimum requirements:


  • Matric is essential
  • A postmatric qualification will be beneficial
  • Basic exposure to the fundamentals of Conveyancing
  • Deliveries of Deeds
  • Understanding of the basics of Conveyancing
  • Understand that banks receive original title deeds when a property is bought and bonded
  • Willing to learn
