My client based in Alberton is looking for a professional and efficient frontline person to join their team.


Minimum requirements:


  • Matric
  • 35 Years experience in same or similar role
  • Valid drivers license and own transport
  • Good numeracy skills


  • Computer literate

  • Excel proficiency a must
  • Answering calls within 3 rings
  • Attending to visitors
  • Courier bookings and maintaining an excel sheet for bookings
  • Receiving of stationary and other deliveries
  • Booking of all travel requirements
  • Booking of boardrooms
  • Reporting maintenance issues
