blue-chip financial group has a new job opportunity available for an experienced
Project Manager.

Position Overview:


_ The Project Manager __will_
_ manage information technology projects__ within the organisation, by _
_leading__, _
_planning__, _
_organising__ and _
_controlling__ _
_resources__ in _
_accordance__ with_
_ an__ _
_Agile delivery methodology__ as well as _
_delivering the project scope __and_
_ objectives according to specifications on time and within budget._

Key Performance Areas:

-
Manage all
Agile components on Jira, including
progress reporting.
-
Define the project scope and
work breakdown structure in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of deliverables and the approach.
-
Lead Agile ceremonies, including
Product Increment (PI) planning and stand-ups.
-
Identify and manage project risks,
constraints and
changes - ensuring that the project plans are well managed and approved.
-
Provide leadership and
motivation to project team members throughout the
project life cycle.


Essential Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required:


Minimum Requirements:

-
A Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Information and Communication Technology or an equivalent qualification (at NQF7 level)
:

-
5-8 Years experience in
Project Management.

  • Sound knowledge of
    Project Management Legislation, Project Cost Management, Contract as well as Service Management.
  • A relevant
    Project/Programme Management Certification.

Agile/SAFe:

-
Agile, Jira, Confluence and Scrum knowledge and skills, essential.
