My client is a well established Construction & Building Renovations concern who seeks to employ an Office Manager / Senior Bookkeeper to be based at their office in Montague Gardens.


Minimum Requirements - Non negotiable:

Matriculation with Accounting:

Further Tertiary education
  • Bookkeeping / Accounting:

  • 4+ years books to trial balance experience:
-
2+ years payroll administration experience:


  • Pastel Partner / Express, Pastel Payroll and Advanced Excel

Remuneration:
R20 000 CTC slightly negotiable

Working Hours: 08h00 - 17h00 Monday to Thursday, 08h00 - 15h00 Friday


Bookkeeping Responsibilities will include:

  • Pastel processing to Trail Balance.
  • Full Debtors and Creditors Function.
  • Monthly remittance advices

HR responsibilities will include:

  • Payroll: Fortnightly
  • BIBC online monthly submissions
  • BIBC yearly reconciliation for staff payouts
  • Staff Leave requests for all industry working staff and office staff.

Office Management responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitate office automation fault reporting and resolving.
  • Overall Management of office staff
  • Reporting to Directors on staff matters.
