Description
HR Officer required by a national manufacturer of technological components and products to the aviation Industry, to be based at their CT office in Airport Industria.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Degree in Labour Relations / Labour Law or HR Management
- 5+ years experience in an engineering environment
- Valid drivers licence
Remuneration:
R20 000 monthly CTC negotiable including pension and medical aid + performance bonuses + 18 days annual leave
Responsibilities will include:
- Strategize, advise, provide guidance, on matters relating to HR/IR.
- Develop, Implement, evaluate and Improve EE Plan for the Company.
- Identify training needs, develop, Implement, evaluate, submit and Improve WSP for the Company.
- Ensure disciplinary code Is Implemented fairly.
- Ensure that grievances and disciplinary hearing are held in terms of the company policy & keep up to date records of all disciplinary hearing and grievance records.
- Facilitate and manage all procedures relating to employee onboarding, Induction and termination of employees.
- Support payroll team by collating Information timeously.
- Maintain and prepare daily/weekly and monthly reports.
- Provide training and information to Line managers and employee on all IR and /or labour related matters.
- Ensure that HR/IR Related Company Policies and Procedures are up to date and compliant with current legislation and case law.
