Responsibilities:

Set up and prepare painting areas, including laying drop sheets and taping off non-paint areas

Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using various tools

Mix paints and solutions to match specified colors and textures

Keep paint supplies and work areas clean and organized

Follow all health and safety regulations and wear appropriate safety gear

Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials

Conduct basic repairs like patching walls and sanding

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality project completion

Requirements:

Matric beneficial but not mandatory

Experience in a similar role preferred

Capable of working at heights and in confined spaces

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Good physical health and stamina

Skills:

Basic skills in paint mixing and surface preparation

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Problem-solving skills and adaptability to different work conditions

Reliability and punctuality
