How you'll role


As the Senior Media Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships and driving business growth.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their unique needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Your strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and ability to navigate complex situations will contribute to client satisfaction and the achievement of company goals.


What you'll do

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with assigned clients, becoming a trusted advisor and understanding their goals and challenges
  • Maintain regular communication to provide updates, address inquiries, and gather feedback
  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and project execution
  • Develop comprehensive account plans in collaboration with clients, aligning their objectives with our products/services
  • Identify growth opportunities and tailor strategies to meet evolving client needs
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data to provide insights and recommendations
  • Proactively identify challenges and potential issues in client accounts
  • Develop creative solutions and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely problem resolution
  • Support FD & MD in contract negotiations and discussions on pricing, terms, and renewals
  • Present compelling business cases that demonstrate the value of our offerings to clients
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and deliver cohesive solutions
  • Share client feedback and insights to contribute to product/service enhancements

What you'll need

  • 58 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in both traditional and digital media
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills and the ability to seamlessly adapt in order to communicate effectively with those around you
  • The ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships internally with your team and colleagues, and externally with the clients, media owners, partner agencies, and the industry at large
  • The ability to persuasively articulate strategy, rationale, and ideas
  • The ability to negotiate and filter relevant information
  • The ability to manage people and work in a team environment and deal with a diverse range of personalities
  • Be digitally connected with an insatiable curiosity
