How you'll role
As the Growth Lead, you'll be the driving force behind the company's expansion into new schools and regions, revolutionising education for countless students You'll take charge of executing growth plans and meeting strict timelines, ensuring that goals are reached in record time.
As you actively build pipelines of prospective schools, you'll empower educational institutions to meet the criteria for participation, unlocking a world of opportunity for young learners.
With regular visits to all pipeline schools, you'll be the face of the company's mission, sharing the passion for transformational education.
And when it comes to evaluating success, you'll be the one calling the shots, analysing the metrics that matter and bringing the company one step closer to achieving its dreams.
What you'll do
- Develop a pipeline of new schools that fit the company's criteria
- Implement guidance and support for launching new schools
- Manage projects effectively
- Deliver regionalspecific quarterly growth plans
- Work closely with service providers and oversee work done in launching new labs
- Collect project documentation and implementation data accurately, and report on project statuses
- Present to Principals and HODs
- Be responsible for district collaboration with elearning stakeholders
- Work closely with the Training Coordinator (TC) to ensure growth plans are met
Key performance indicators:
The Growth Manager will conduct monthly KPI sessions. The following metrics will be assessed
- Schools launched in accordance with growth plans
- Postlaunch school performance
- Accurate collection and storage of documents and data
- School pipeline development
- Principal presentations delivered
- Meetings with educational districts
What you'll need
- Minimum qualification: Matric certificate
- A valid driver's licence and own transport
- At least 4 years of work experience
- Strong project management and people skills
- Strong organisational, logístical, and planning skills
- Experience in the public education sector will be advantageous
- Financial literacy
- To be proficient in G-Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
