    HR and Finance Administrator with warehouse experience – Gauteng
    To start immediately
    Must have a Matric Certificate
    *Certificates in warehouse will be an added advantage
    *Certificate in Human Resources Management
    *Diploma in Payroll
    *Diploma in HR Management will be an added advantage

    HR Administration experience.
    Previous exposure of a warehouse/stores environment
    Previous experience running payroll of Minimum 100 people on VIP
    Knowledge of Navision will be an added advantage
    Knowledge of Company will be an added advantage


    To ensure all admin duties for HR including Payroll have been adhered to and all documentation in place for audit.

    To carry out the plant`s Purchasing activities and ensure management of stock

    HR Administration
    Weekly Wages
    Terminations
    Leave Management
    Overtime
    IR Support

    Payroll. Ensure a proper Filing system by ensuring that you -Open new files for new employees,

    Collection of relevant documents in the event of recruitment.
    Assist co-ordinate HR Related activities
    Assist employees and their families with benefits claims as well as filling of relevant form

    Finance and Purchasing
    Accounts - Processing of creditors
    Stock Management

    Salary:
    Market Related, dependent on Skills and experience
