Experience

Provide professional, confidential services to customers relating to accounts and services. Check customer's billing records and queries and calculate customer discounts. Attention to detail. Ensure world-class call center client service whilst complying with Service Level Agreements. Contributing to the effectiveness of intra and inter-team workings: share information in a clear, concise, understandable manner.

handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.

 

Education

Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and a Certificate in Business & Computers
