Description

Assisting the IT Manager as a senior support specialist, you will concentrate on IT infrastructure and security, and offer advanced technical support and support helpdesk tickets for our National Client.

Degree or Diploma in IT Related
5+ years' experience in the following:
Providing end-user first and second-line IT support and troubleshooting.
Windows Server 2008 / to Current
Basic to Advanced
Windows Server Domain Controller Active Directory. Knowledge of the Microsoft Azure control centre. Creating and controlling users in a hybrid AD environment.
Windows SQL Server 2008 / to Current
Basic to Advanced
Support MS Exchange Online Server
Current
Basic to Advanced
VMWare / Hyper V
Basic to Advanced

Firewall management

Sophos firewall XGS and endpoint
Basic to Advanced

Networking

Excellent understanding of Networking, Routing, Switching, VLANs, LANs and WANs.
MCSE, MCSA and/or MCP
Sophos XG Firewall Administrator
Sophos Endpoint Administrator
