Our client in the hospitality industry seeks an experienced
front office coordinator to join their dynamic team.

Supervises Reception staff.
***:

Supervises and completes Front Office administration in accordance with set procedures.
***:

Required to work reception and duty management shifts.
***:
-
Responsible for training Front Office staff in conjunction with General Manager.

Assist with the execution of all administrative tasks including but not limited to:

Budget preparation
***:
-
Mid-month and month-end preparation
***:
-
Financial year end preparation
***:
-
Front Office procedures
***:
-
Ensure that all internal control measures are maintained and adhered to at all times.
***:
-
Ensure that all expenditure and cost and cost percentages are maintained within budget and/or in relation to the current occupancy of the hotel.
***:
-
As a team, you will be required to achieve the budgeted occupancy and average room rate.
***:
-
Ensure that all documentation and correspondence is processed, stored and archived effectively in line with Audit Requirements.
***:
-
Ensure that the brand and group standards, as applicable, are maintained to ensure consistency and continuity.
***:
-
Ensure that all Disaster Management, Health and Safety requirements are adhered to at all times.
***:
-
Ensure that the group policy pertaining to hotels is implemented, maintained, administered and reported on.

-
To always be on the lookout for and be aware of any enhancements that could improve the group's product offering, service delivery, productivity and efficiencies and to communicate such to the group.

Initiate, build, grow and nurture excellent professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure that the highest level of cleanliness, presentation and service are extended to every internal and external guest.

Requirements:***-
Grade 12
***:
-
National Diploma Hospitality Management / C & G Diploma / Equivalent.
***:
-
Computer literacy is essential, particularly with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
***:
-
Applicant must have held a position in a front office environment for at least 1 year.
***:
-
Clear criminal record
***:
-
Salary dependent on experience
