To support us in this, we need an experienced HR professional from the BPO arena.

This individual will be our Head of People and the core focus will be on developing our strategy for:


  • Recruiting and Onboarding our talent
  • Ongoing Leadership & Talent Development strategy & implementation
  • Strategic development of our unique People Focused agreements (policies)
  • Supporting internal growth and adherence to BBBEE
  • Standard HR Best practice
To be considered for the role you should have as a minimum:

  • 3 Years experience in an international BPO
  • 2 Years experience in a senior HR role
  • A track record of strategic delivery
  • A passion for people and doing things 'the right way'
  • Relevant HR qualifications
