As a Paid Media Specialist (Social Media), you'll be instrumental in driving engagement and conversions through social media platforms, with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to explore and leverage emerging channels like TikTok as part of our forward-thinking strategy.

Your creativity, strategic thinking, and data-driven approach will be key in achieving our marketing objectives and staying ahead of the curve.

The position is supported by a content team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid social media strategies across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to maximise campaign performance and ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to optimise ongoing efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media channels, such as TikTok, to explore new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align paid social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and objectives.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns, with a focus on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Familiarity with TikTok and a strong interest in exploring and leveraging its potential for marketing purposes.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
