Seasonal Events Coordinator


We are looking for a vibrant and energetic part-time Event Coordinator to join our team during our busy season in November and December 2023.


You will be responsible for planning and executing events under the supervision of the Manager, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding customer service.


You will also gain valuable experience in our 21 bedroom 4-star graded guest house by assisting our Accommodation Manager with check-in and check-out of guests, reservations and dinner & breakfast service.

All our staff is also trained to do wine tastings at our Boutique Winery on the Estate.

Requirements:


  • Event coordination or hospitality experience will be beneficial.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans & English
  • Team player, detail orientated and well presented.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Must be willing to work long hours, public holidays and weekends as required by the industry
  • Live in position (Shared)
Start Date: 1 Nov 2023 (Possibly earlier)
