Are you a dynamic and strategic marketing professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Hospitality Marketing Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote our hospitality offerings.


Main responsibilities:


  • Have superior knowledge of the hospitality industry and all VNL products and subbrands, including rewards programs, special rates, promotions and events
  • Maintain a high standards of customer service by understanding our target markets and how to most effectively communicate with them
  • Analysis of local market trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns through promotional materials, traditional marketing, social media, newsletters, public relations and the company websites
  • SEM and SEO
  • Establish annual events calendar
  • Oversee guest reviews and ensure online reputation management
  • Manage the production team to ensure quality of content on all our platforms
  • Guide, develop, inspire and motivate the design teams.

Requirements:


  • Matric Certificate, Diploma or degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Qualification in Sales not essential but preferred. Applicable Qualification in Hospitality and Tourism not essential but preferred.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Opera Experience Advantageous or any property management system.
  • Experience in sales corporations to maximize revenue advantageous.
  • 23 years' experience in the same or similar position.
  • Develop and implement new marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • 5+ years' MICE Sales experience
  • Minimum 10 years of marketing/brand development work experience in relevant roles
