Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans accordingly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project and bulk recruitment, continually seeking opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Requirements:


  • Must have a minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role (non negotiable)
  • Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Must have both corporate and agency experience.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant specializing with experience in bulk recruitment, with a minimum of [2 years] experience.
  • Strong understanding of endtoend recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Demonstrated success in managing largescale recruitment projects, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering highquality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and technologies, including ATS, CRM, and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and evolving recruitment strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and a customerconcentric approach to recruitment.
