About the Job:


  • Personal Finance is looking for a suitably qualified individual to join the Channel Finance team. This role has accountability for monitoring and review of remuneration and incentive schemes within the Personal Finance Sales and Distribution channels. The role will require various financial modeling of new schemes, making sure the strategic outcome of the business is achieved within the available funding. It will also require the incumbent to monitor existing schemes monthly, provide insights and give input into the design of new remuneration and incentive schemes across channels. This role will provide exposure to senior management and will require you to partner closely with a range of teams across Personal Finance, including distribution channels, strategy, operations, human capital, etc. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results over periods of 3 months to1 year.

Key Result Areas:


  • Financial modelling of new business initiatives
  • Understanding and interpreting business requirements and translating them into analytical reporting
  • Produce regular analysis of how the rem and incentive payments compare to the expectations/models
  • Translate data into insights. Present insights to business to enable strategic decisionmaking process.
  • Design models that will track various metrics and schemes across the business (actual vs planned design outcomes)
  • Support the Head of Remuneration by providing input designing future fit remand incentive models to achieve the strategic objective of PF supported by field research and market insights and ensuring legislative compliance
  • Responsible for building strong working relationships with internal clients

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Newly qualified CA / Actuary / Engineer
  • 4 years' experience in financial industry Marketing and sales knowledge/ experience preferable

  • An established track record of experience in working with big data
  • Experience and knowledge of the distribution of Personal Finance products is advantages
