  • Job Specifications:
  • Responsible to coordinate, develop and execute marketing campaigns and related initiatives. Plan, prioritise and process marketing activities towards achieving company goals.
  • Tasks and duties may vary but main duties include:
  • All graphic designs for internal communication, social media posts and artwork for branded designs, brochures, flyers, banners, and business cards.
  • Create and update templates for business related documentation including documents, sales presentations and related.
  • Coordinate website and marketing including administrating minor changes on website and liaison between Company and web developers.
  • Plan and prepare all marketing campaigns including execution.
  • Liaison with strategic partners on combined campaigns.
  • Manage and administrate campaign reports.
  • Create and design all branded packaging materials and marketing items.
  • Order and coordinating of all branded items.
  • Assist in verifying product information as and when necessary.
  • Keep record of sales enablement material report
  • Create and maintain social media by regular posting of relevant media content, content generation and interaction and follow up on posts.
    Inherent Requirements
  • Job Requirements:


  • Matric or equivalent essential

  • Two years marketing experience beneficial
  • Computer literacy
  • MS Office (especially PDF editor and PowerPoint)
  • Inhouse Design work
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign), content creation, basic video editing
  • Website Management
  • WordPress
  • Mailshots
  • MailChimp
  • Social Media
  • META Business, Social Media Platforms
  • Good communication skills (verbally and in writing)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Should be able to work in a stressful and pressurized environment.
