Human Resources Business Partner - 6 Months Contract (Johannesburg or Cape Town)
The main objective of the consultancy is to provide long term support to the Human Resources Unit in implementing the tasks set out under the scope of work.
Duties
- Review and revise employment contracts.
- Set up and manage a 360performance appraisal system.
- Review and revise job descriptions.
- Set up and manage confidential HR surveys.
- Set up and manage salary benchmarking.
- Arrange for coaching and training.
- Engage in job grading exercise when needed
- Undertake HR spot checks on an annual basis.
Qualifications and requirements
- A master's degree in HR management, Labour Law, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years working experience in Human Resources and/or Development.
- Experience in the NGO Sector desirable.
- Experience in the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Strong analytical skills, including legal analysis.
- Ability to work in a multicultural context.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
Up to R40 000,00 per month
