PHYSICAL OFFICE
***- Manage physical office space, cleaning, repairs etc.

  • Liaise with building managers
  • Nashua monthly readings and maintenance
  • Manage Lease
  • Manage IT service provider
  • Building fire drill management
  • Meet and greet guests, prepare drinks and eats
  • Maintain asset register

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
***- Maintain office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies; order new supplies as needed (grocery and stationery)
  • Manage courier account
  • Booking of flights, cars, hotels
  • Prepare meeting packs/document preparation
  • Update and manage contact list
  • Admin support on Player administration (financial, contract etc)
  • Internal team events

DEPARTMENTAL RESPONSBILITIES

  • Finance: Assist with filing and invoicing
  • Player Services: Support on player administration
  • Communication: Marketing material inventory
  • Commercial: Support on player administration
  • CEO: Support function

EVENTS

  • Awards logistics
  • AGM logistics
  • Board/Exco logistics
  • Suite hosting support

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Knowledge of sport (preferably cricket but not essential)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • IT proficient
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
