Qualification and Skills Requirements

  • Minimum grade 1 3 5 years experience in a similar position in the Telecommunication Postpaid sector.
  • Proven track record in achieving set sales targets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge and experience of marketing, selling and client relationship management.
  • Good planning and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and takes ownership of assigned tasks.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with area dealers and stores in the assigned region.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate with retail teams to drive sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement account strategies and plans to maximize business growth.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
  • Oversee the call centre in the regions.
  • Overseeing product and supply ordering and shipment in accordance with regional needs.
