Qualification and Skills Requirements
- Minimum grade 1 3 5 years experience in a similar position in the Telecommunication Postpaid sector.
- Proven track record in achieving set sales targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge and experience of marketing, selling and client relationship management.
- Good planning and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proactive and takes ownership of assigned tasks.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with area dealers and stores in the assigned region.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Effectively communicate with retail teams to drive sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.
- Develop and implement account strategies and plans to maximize business growth.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Oversee the call centre in the regions.
- Overseeing product and supply ordering and shipment in accordance with regional needs.
