  • Actively engage, manage, and resolve customers' queries on all social media platforms Private and Public.
  • Brand tone awareness.
  • Understanding key social audiences.
  • Implement and manage our social media strategy.
  • Use social media tools and provided systems.
  • Gage and effectively resolve social customer queries and complaints.
  • Efficiently provide solutions to complex and vast queries presented on all social platforms.
  • Be willing to work above and beyond when the situation arises.
  • A patient and empathetic attitude
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast past environment.
