- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing or related field
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a minimum of 5 years experience
- Strong networking and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections and close deals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and results driven attitude
- Proficiency in the ICT sector and previous experience with the sale of complex solutions

- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Research and analyze market trends to identify partners, clients and industry expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and understand their needs
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team, managing the sales team and developing strategies for growth and maximizing revenue
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to showcase the companies solutions
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients to close deals and meet sales targets
- Track and report sales activities and results using our CRM software
- Candidate will be required to travel as and when to go meet clients
