    A client of ours within the Information Technology space is looking for a strong Business Development Manager to boost their sales and partner performance.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing or related field
    • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a minimum of 5 years experience
    • Strong networking and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections and close deals
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and results driven attitude
    • Proficiency in the ICT sector and previous experience with the sale of complex solutions
    • Partner management
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities
    • Research and analyze market trends to identify partners, clients and industry expansion
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and understand their needs
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team, managing the sales team and developing strategies for growth and maximizing revenue
    • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to showcase the companies solutions
    • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients to close deals and meet sales targets
    • Track and report sales activities and results using our CRM software
    • Candidate will be required to travel as and when to go meet clients
