    What will you do?
  • Programme and project governance and administration
  • Update and maintain programme and project plans for all projects run out of Sanlam Private Wealth's project management office.
  • Assist with the preparation of project dashboards and other project management reporting
  • Assist with the preparation of agendas and take minutes at prioritised project, programme, and steering committee meetings
  • Maintain RAID logs together with the relevant project managers
  • Maintain the projects office template library
  • Ensure that project document repositories are maintained through conducting spot audit checks, assisting in loading of documents and creating relevant project folders
  • Assist with invoice administration and support the cost and budget tracking within the Projects and IT areas
  • Monitor project resource time tracking and leave schedules
  • Diary administration, scheduling remote calls and managing room bookings
  • Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of project contractors and vendors and maintaining contract repository
  • Facilitate contractor induction

What will make you successful in this role?

  • Proficient in MS Office (i.e. MS project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
  • Excellent written skills

Qualification and experience

  • Relevant Degree or Diploma and/or required Certification with strong administrative experience
  • Project Management qualification will be advantageous
  • Agile experience preferred
  • Previous experience in investment industry preferred

  • Excellent communication skills [English / Afrikaans] both written and verbal
