The primary function of this role is to assist in the re-verification of clients through our AML process; the role requires outbound calls to clients in order to obtain verification documentation to ensure we are adhering to legislative requirements.

- Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to- Meeting daily targets of outbound contact to clients

  • Explain the requirements needed in order to reverify individuals/companies/Trusts
  • Ability to upload the changes on SAM system and record the information on paradigm
  • Ensure information is updated accurately and validates on the AML verification system
  • Ensuring excellent servicing levels and delivery when dealing with client's and resolving matters
  • Education and Experience
    Essential:
  • Matric
years' of working experience within an administrative role in the financial services / insurance industry

  • At least 1 years of working experience in a call centre role

Advantageous:

years' of working experience within an outbound role

  • Technical Skills and Knowledge
    Essential:
  • Good time Management skills
  • Good knowledge of Compliance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Advantageous:


  • Basic understanding of Discovery Life products, processes and systems
