- Implementing strategies to recover systems and data in case of a disaster or system failure is an important part of the role of ensuring business continuity.
- Identify potential risks to the infrastructure, such as security vulnerabilities, system failures, or capacity issues. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and disaster recovery plans.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, with relevant experience in application software, application maintenance services, knowledge of hardware, networking, and computer support services. Long, relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education
- Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies such as networking, hardware, software, cloud services, security protocols, etc. in outsourced environments.
- Proficiency in networking, system administration, virtualization, cloud computing, and infrastructure technologies.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices to maintain a secure infrastructure.
- Knowledge and experience in SAP Business One is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, ITIL processes etc., might be beneficial.
