Primary Purpose:

Key Responsibilities

BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards using QlikSense and/or QlikView.
Data Analysis: Utilise advanced analytical techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets, driving informed decisionmaking across the organisation.
Dashboard Optimisation: Continuously improve existing dashboards to enhance user experience and ensure relevance to business needs.
End-

User Training:
Provide comprehensive training sessions and workshops to empower end-users in effectively utilising BI tools and interpreting dashboard data.

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their BI requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
Data Integration: Integrate data from multiple sources into the BI platform, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor BI platform performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring maximum uptime and usability.
Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of BI solutions, including data models, dashboard designs, and user guides.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the BI field, recommending innovative solutions to enhance BI capabilities.

Position Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Demonstrable experience working as a BI Specialist or similar role, with a focus on QlikSense and/or QlikView.
Strong proficiency in data visualization and dashboard development.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops for endusers.
Solid understanding of database management and SQL.
Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration techniques.
Certification in QlikSense and/or QlikView is a plus.
