Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Administrator to join our client's team at an established company in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave, and training records.
- Process and administer employee onboarding, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and support the recruitment process as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of employment contracts, letters, and other HRrelated documents.
- Support the performance management process by tracking performance reviews, coordinating feedback sessions, and maintaining performancerelated records.
- Administer employee benefits and handle inquiries related to benefits and payroll.
- Assist with HRrelated training and development initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal requirements and regulations regarding employee information and records.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred but not essential.
- A diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or a related field would be an advantage
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is desirable.
- This is a fulltime position, with a competitive salary of R10,000 per month. The start date for this role is as soon as possible.
Salary:
Up to R10,000.00 per month

Experience:
