Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere within the garage.

Operational Support:

Assist in the day-to-day operations, including overseeing fuel dispensing, managing inventory, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure optimal functionality.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the garage manager and team members to foster a collaborative environment, contributing to a positive and efficient workplace culture.

Compliance and Safety:

Uphold safety standards and regulatory compliance, ensuring all team members adhere to guidelines and protocols for a secure working environment.

Cash Handling:

Manage cash transactions accurately, reconcile daily cash reports, and implement security measures to safeguard financial transactions.

Inventory Management:

Monitor fuel and retail inventory levels, place orders when necessary, and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies.

You need;
Prior experience in a similar role within the automotive or retail industry.

Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic accounting principles.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to garage operations.
