We are on the look out for a Service Owner to lead the UX/UI design team and execute the Service's objectives.

To align the service strategy with the product portfolio and broader company objectives. Responsible for the vision and value realization of the UXUI Product Design service.

Key skills & experience required:

Strong Stakeholder management skills.
Experience in growing, coaching and mentoring teams.
Previous people leadership experience.
Management of large teams.
Strong influencing and communication skills.
Strong UX/UI service understanding and ability to build understanding of UX/UI value across business.
Experience within a Software Development environment (desirable).
