We are seeking a Service Owner to lead, guide and manage a team of Project Managers to deliver a variety of projects and strategic initiatives across our Player Experience Business Unit.


You will provide leadership guidance to the team by supporting, transforming, and optimizing processes to obtain efficiencies from a delivery perspective aligned with the Derivco Project Processes.

Our team pride themselves on setting and maintaining quality standards, strong teamwork and high levels of integrity. We are looking for an individual who will contribute to the further success of the team and add a new dimension to the environment


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Stakeholder management and engagement is key in this role.
  • Reporting to stakeholders daily and the ability to proactively plan and predict various aspects of the initiative.
  • Leadership and guidance.
  • The management of multiple projects at various stages of the SDLC and continuously manage risks/issues and the statuses of the various initiatives with an in depth understanding of the detail.
  • Execute the service objectives and align the service delivery of the team.
  • People management (includes technical mentorship, coaching, career development, performance reviews).
  • Manage delivery and communication (internal and external to the team)
  • Lead change management activities.
  • Engage with stakeholders to elicit feedback on all initiatives.
  • Manage a team of skilled individuals who look after an array of services.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience within software industr.
  • Proven experience in the delivery of projects / programs including business analysis and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in project management and people first leadership.
  • Project management qualifications.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field advantage.
  • Strong industry knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Understanding of Software Development /

Delivery Methodologies:
understanding of high performance, scaled software delivery and operational methodologies.

  • Agile experience and implementation nonnegotiable.
  • This is a fastpaced environment with critical deadlines and the ability to be selfmanaged and a selfstarter is something that will be needed daily.
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC and actively delivered projects/initiatives through the SDLC process.
  • Tech Tools & Methodologies: Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS project, Agile, project management.
