Description

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, organization, and overall guest experience in our accommodation facilities.

You will supervise a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are maintained to the highest standards.

Your attention to detail, leadership skills, and passion for hospitality will be essential in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and lead a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance procedures to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to address guest requests and issues promptly.
  • Monitor inventory and supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted housekeeping operations.
  • Uphold ecofriendly practices and sustainable housekeeping initiatives.
  • Maintain a high level of communication and collaboration with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints related to housekeeping, resolving issues effectively.
  • Uphold health and safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Provide guidance and training to housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
  • Prepare and manage the housekeeping budget.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a housekeeping or housekeeping management role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of ecofriendly and sustainable housekeeping practices is an advantage.
  • Drivers licence and own car
