Join the team of a Prestigious Private School in Brooklyn, Pretoria, as a Personal Assistant to the Executive Head


Are you a seasoned Personal Assistant with a passion for providing top-notch administrative support and maintaining high standards of excellence? We are seeking a dynamic individual with exceptional English language skills and a solid background in administrative duties to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform various administrative tasks as required
  • Take minutes during meetings and assist with followup actions
  • Proactively manage diaries and assist with time management
  • Assist in creating presentations, reports, and correspondence
  • Manage telephonic and electronic communication on behalf of the Executive Head
  • Coordinate daytoday issues and arrange meetings
  • Organize logistics for school tours and parentteacher meetings
  • Act as a liaison with parents through Grade Tutors
  • Provide support at the college/school reception as needed

Requirements:


  • 8 to 10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
  • High accuracy, quality, and timeliness in work
  • Energetic, selfmotivated with strong initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure with a mature outlook
  • Proactive and analytical approach to tasks
  • Matric certificate and diploma required
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
