Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • ITIL Expert Certified
  • COBIT Certified
  • Knowledge of leading the drafting, review, finalization and approval of IT Asset Management framework, policies, standards, and processes
  • Previous working experience as a Subject Matter Expert in IT/Software Asset Management and Configuration Management
  • Digital Technology affinitive (i.e. Cloud technologies/latest trends)
  • Working knowledge of relevant methodology and tools (ServiceNow experience)
  • Proven portfolio of completed projects, particularly on ITIL Asset Management implementations
  • Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
R79, R86,333.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
