Responsibilities:


  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies.

  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying challenges and proactively seeking effective solutions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, systems, and procedures.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.

Qualifications:


  • Education: Matric/ Grade 12.
  • Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar role involving customer service or client interaction is highly desirable.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
