- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the recruitment process.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Matric/ Grade 12.
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar role involving customer service or client interaction is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
