If you are someone who loves what they do, possesses excellent communication skills, and has experience with MDA or MRI, then you might be our next MRI Billing Specialist

What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)
As an integral part of our business, you'll ensure the accuracy of MRI, meticulously recording client leases and details. Your role involves performing quarterly lease audits, managing debtors accounts, and overseeing the recovery of regional utility expenses. From reconciling recoverable expenses to processing monthly debit orders, your attention to detail will shine.

You'll be the backbone of our Cape Town property rental invoices and statements, ensuring timely distribution and addressing client account adjustments during the trial balance review process.

Handling creditor support, you'll ensure all municipal accounts are accurately loaded into MRI, supporting creditor payments and maintaining meticulous records.

Where you'll be doing it
You will work at an innovative market disrupter in the property industry. The company has shown tremendous growth over the years. They have beautiful offices in the heart of Cape Town CBD. This is a full time office role Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

They're fast paced and the environment can also be described as very much entrepreneurial and profit focused, you'll need to fit in well in an entrepreneurial / start up environment that is agile.

You'll work with a down-to-earth and innovative team.

What you'll need

To thrive in this role, you must have previous experience in a similar position within the industry, coupled with a strong working knowledge of MDA or MRI.

You will need to have a matric certificate with at least 4 years relevant experience.

Your hardworking ethic, passion for your work, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to perform under pressure will set you apart.
