Description

We are looking young, savvy community manager/junior social media manager to join the marketing team of a luxury portfolio of restaurants and hotel - someone who is able effectively manage online posts, with an eye for aesthetics, who eats, sleeps and breathes all things digital.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage all online posts across 19 different brands
  • Assist the Content Creator and Social Media Manager with the production of creative and original content (copy, images and video) for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and Candide Gardening App.
  • Assist with scheduling and publishing of daily, weekly and monthly content.
  • In charge of escalating guest queries to operations manager.

Requirements:


  • Have a love and passion for social media and content
  • Proven experience in social media and community management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Naturally curious with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Be comfortable working with people at all levels of the organisation and able to develop strong working relationships.
  • Be reliable, committed and willing to go above and beyond if required.
  • Be willing to checkin after hours to respond to followers' comments and questions.
  • Qualification in Marketing, media or relevant field.
