Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking an outstanding Lodge Manager to run a bespoke, high-end lodge based in the Sabi Sands.


The role of the Lodge Manager is to manage the lodge in such a manner that guest expectations are exceeded and budgeted profit margins are achieved.

You will also be required to ensure the efficient, effective and professional management of all departments at the lodge. In addition to this, the Lodge Manager will be required to design and implement a personalized guest experience. An excellent company image is to be projected as well as ensuring continued growth of the lodge.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest experience and Guest care
  • Manage Frontand Back of House Operations
  • Oversee the Maintenance Schedule
  • Team Management
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Financial, Budget and Stock control

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar position
  • Previous 5star experience essential
  • Strong F&B background
  • Excellent knowledge of overall hospitality operations
  • Valid code 8 driver's license
  • Computer Literacy
