- Manage and supervise the punching department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance management
- Ensure optimal utilization of machinery and equipment to meet production targets
- Maintain and monitor quality standards, implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and develop staff, providing guidance and support
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a punching manufacturing environment
- Strong technical knowledge of punching machinery and operations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred
