    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Business Transformation Manager to join our team in Newcastle.


    The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business transformation initiatives, including process improvement, organizational change management, and technology enablement.


    The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a business transformation role.

    The candidate should also have a strong understanding of business process improvement, organizational change management, and technology enablement.


    The successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement business transformation initiatives, analyze and document business processes, and develop and implement process improvement initiatives.

    The candidate should also be able to identify and analyze business requirements, develop and implement technology solutions, and provide guidance and support to business stakeholders.
