• Qualification: Degree in Agricultural Science or similar

Responsibilities: As a Regional Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and providing professional development for regional teams.
• Setting weekly, monthly, or quarterly goals based on team performance.
• Creating and implementing strategic sales plans and processes.
• Generating reports tracking individual achievements against seasonal targets.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: R30,000 - R40,000
