An exciting new position as Director of Sales has become available with this innovative hotel group boasting award winning properties across Southern Africa.**As Director of Sales you'll be responsible for driving & guiding the sales team towards clear strategically determined revenue goals & new business acumen in order to best represent each property to the correct markets while maximising ROI.

As well as Sales planning & strategy; Leadership & mentoring; Performance tracking; data analytics; critical thinking & Industry relationship building.

Reporting to the Commercial Director you'll need:
Minimum of 10 years' experience in an international sales position managing a team, within the hospitality industry

International trade experience with key contacts

Salary package:
