Description

Job Purpose

  • To manage the smooth delivery of highquality tender submissions, ensuring that tenders are tailored to the requirements of each individual client or request, through managing risks and engaging stakeholders where necessary and optimising tender delivery through collaboration, engagement and continuous improvement

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the delivery of tenders to ensure timeous delivery of highquality submissions.
  • Review the tender document to ensure that the response meets the client's needs.
  • Manage stakeholders in the tender delivery process to ensure that the tender is delivered on time.
  • Project manage delivery of tenders in line with agreed time frames.
  • Identify project stakeholders, communicate their roles and define the level of participation in tender response and manage stakeholder engagement strategies throughout the project plan.
  • Collaborate across Business Units and facilitate mutually beneficial outcomes across the stakeholder group.
  • Ensure continuous improvement on the tender processes to enhance efficiency and the quality of submission.
  • Manage all tenders across small, medium and large projects.
  • Deliver tenders in accordance with project governance.
  • Ensure change management processes are adhered to for all tenders in conjunction with client.
  • Fulfil a supervisory role over tender managers and ensure compliance requirements are up to date and available.
  • Perform spot checks and analysis on tender submissions to ensure a consistent standard is maintained across all tender managers and tender submissions.
  • Build relationships and share knowledge and best practice with the team to encourage a highperformance culture and teamwork.

Essential Qualification

  • Business Related Undergraduate Degree
    Preferred Qualification
  • Honours Degree
    Minimum Experience Level
years' experience in a financial services environment
years' relevant working experience in tender / project / bid / proposal management

  • Demonstrated tender or proposal management and development, technical writing and supervisory skills experience to effectively support a high growth business
