Our client is looking for a dedicated

Warranty & Costing Clerk to join their dynamic dealership team


Key Responsibilities:

Warranty Processing: Handle warranty claims efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission to manufacturers.

Costing Analysis: Collaborate with the service and finance teams to analyze repair costs, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all transactions.

Record Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive records of warranty claims, costing reports, and related documentation for future reference.

Customer Communication: Liaise with customers to provide information on warranty coverage, answer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with the service, sales, and finance departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Compliance: Stay updated on manufacturer warranty guidelines and industry standards to ensure compliance.


Minimum Requirements:


  • Matric Certificate
  • Working experience as Warranty and Costing Clerk with a
    Premium Brand Dealership is essential (not negotiable)
  • Working experience on relevant Motor Industry Warranty Systems i.e. Kerridge, Autoline, Automate or Evovle
  • Driver's license
