OurICT Solutions Client is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven
ICT Solutions Sales Executive in
Vredenburg CPT
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue for our ICT solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, identifying their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our ICT solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the ICT industry, including Office Automation, VBX, Wireless/Fibre Connectivity, Cloud Services, CCTV, Solar, and other solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and technical support, to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and maintain accurate sales records
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and other relevant activities to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Valid Drivers license and own vehicle
- Customerfacing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver's license and own car for transportation.
- Knowledge of Office Automation, VBX, Wireless/Fibre Connectivity, Cloud Services, CCTV, Solar, and other solutions will be advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the ICT sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- No criminal record.
TCTC per month:
R10 000 to R18 000 pm PLUS commission
