Administration & Bookkeeping Assistant - Cape Town, South Africa - Graduate Placements
Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars, coordinate staff and other meetings
- Travel arrangements for international sales team
- Basic bookkeeping
- Data management and writing up of reports
Requirements:
- BComm degree in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related
- Microsoft Excel
- Advanced
- Experience working with Xero would be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
