Responsibilities:


  • Answer phones
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars, coordinate staff and other meetings
  • Travel arrangements for international sales team
  • Basic bookkeeping
  • Data management and writing up of reports

Requirements:


  • BComm degree in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced
  • Experience working with Xero would be advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
