Description

This entity based in Westlake, Ottery is looking to employ a Finance Clerk with experience in Pastel and capturing invoices.

The incumbent must also be well versed in managing orders and doing quotes. The successful incumbent must live close to Westlake and be able to start immediately. This is an in-office position.


Responsibilities:


  • Work on Pastel to capture invoices and quotes for customers.
  • Work on Pastel to capture purchases of inventory.
  • Capture payments from customers in Pastel.

Requirements:

Skills - Proficiency in the following areas is preferable:

  • Microsoft outlook
  • Microsoft excel
  • Microsoft word
  • Microsoft one note
  • Pastel
