Job Summary:
As one of the leading property service providers in South Africa, focusing on residential and commercial spaces.

This dynamic company has been operating for almost 2 decades and specialize in the lettings, sales, and property management of residential and commercial assets on behalf of landlords.

Having evolved rapidly over the past couple of years, they are looking for a Residential Portfolio Manager (Sectional Title) for their Cape Town office.


Accountabilities include but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with Bookkeepers to ensure preparation of budgets and financial statements.
  • Attending meetings when requested.
  • Daily payments of invoices.
  • Liaising with chairman and trustees.
  • Building maintenance
  • Arranging AGM meetings.
  • Authorising journal adjustments
  • Compiling accurate levy and special levy schedules
  • Monthly reconciliation

To be considered you will need:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Sectional Title Act
  • 35 years pf experience in a similar role
  • A Real Estate related tertiary qualification
  • Experience using Pastel will be advantageous
  • A paddocks qualification will be advantageous
